Eucalyptus cinerea is widely used in the warmer areas of Italy and England to produce cut green. The tree grows fast and has very strong-smelling and silver-gray leaves. You can prune it well, so you quickly have many branches to use for various applications.

The growth is a bit erratic and messy, which results in a more open tree. You can plant this species in a sheltered place and grow it into a beautiful bush with regular pruning. The seeds used this year come from Italy from the tree shown here in the photo.
