If you have planted small eucalyptuses late in the season, it is advisable to protect them in extreme cold with, for example, non-woven fabric. Pay particular attention to cold winds in combination with frost. The nursery and shop on the Pol are closed until 13 February. Until then, we are limited available for email and whatts app. So you can just contact us, but it may take a little longer than you are used to from us before you receive a response. We will be at your service again from 14 February.
Given the measures taken as a result of Covid19, many people are working from home. For people who have a garden, this of course means that there is plenty to do. If you have a large garden, you can even do that together, provided you keep an appropriate distance from each other. The nursery on the Pol is also working hard to restock the store with various garden plants such as natural eucalyptus, but also bamboo, bananas, citrus, ginger, agapanthus, etc….
You are just as always welcome to come by for a chat or purchase beautiful garden plants.

We look back on a spectacular season in which the eucalyptuses in particular were once again put in the spotlight and the range was optimally supplemented again. There is still a lot to do such as repotting, cleaning up, pruning and preparing for the “winter”
In the past winter, with an extremely cold period in March, fortunately only 1 eucalyptus died, so the viminalis can go into the stove if we get such a cold period again this winter…..
